Senior Team
Adam Kilgour
Managing Director
Adam has served as an adviser to cabinet ministers in federal and state governments.
Over four decades he has handled some of Australia’s most complex public affairs matters.
In 1993, he founded what grew into Australia’s largest communications company, which he later sold to an ASX-listed marketing services firm. Following this, Adam established Diplomacy in 2011.
Adam Chairs the Australian Corporate Affairs Summit—an annual event that brings together over 400 of Australia’s leading corporate affairs professionals to discuss leadership in the sector.
Adam has served on many private sector, NGO and government boards over the years and has significant experience in organisational governance, corporate strategy and reputational risk.
Josh Williams
Director
Josh brings over 25 years of experience in corporate communications, government relations, and multi-stakeholder advocacy campaigns.
He has provided strategic advice to a diverse range of large corporations, not-for-profit organisations, and government bodies on both proactive and reactive media strategies, issue and crisis management, corporate brand development, reputation management, as well as federal and state regulatory and public policy matters.
Josh has designed and executed public affairs programs for some of the world’s leading aviation, satellite, and tech companies.
For more than ten years he has also advised a prominent local government association that has successfully advocated for many major infrastructure projects now receiving billions in Commonwealth and State Government funding.
In addition, Josh serves as a director of EchoStar Global Australia, a subsidiary of one of the world’s largest publicly listed commercial satellite operators on the NASDAQ.
